PAYMENT – INVOICING – TUITION ACCESS

1). Payment can be made in either a lump sum amount or 2x half payments and can be made by electronic transfer.

2). Once payment is received, you will receive your student credentials and access to complete the assessment and then continue working on the implemented learning plan. It takes at least 24 hours for us to prepare your learning plan and set up a new student file, once payment is received. It can be faster depending on day/time payment is received, it will be longer if payment is received outside of business hours.

3). Staff are not available 24/7, staff work business hours and on weekdays only. We are happy to receive emails, voicemails and texts outside of business hours and on weekends, please be aware that we will respond during business hours ONLY.

Electronic Transfers' can be done at anytime via your phone, laptop or computer.


**Using PayID

PayID is a simple service that makes payments easier and safer. A PayID is a unique identifier that is generally something easy to remember, like your phone number or email address, which is registered with your bank. To pay someone that has a PayID, instead of using their BSB and account number, simply pay using their unique PayID.

When paying Tuition Bendigo via PayID, simply use admin@tuitionbendigo.com as the payee, including your invoice number or full name, as you would with any other payment.
